Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the following policy.
Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include final sale items, gifted items, and products that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please log into your account and visit the order history section. Select the items you wish to return and follow the instructions to generate a return label. Please include the original packing slip with your return.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. You will receive an email notification once your return has been completed. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment account.
Return Shipping Costs
For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and provide a full refund or replacement upon verification.
Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or incorrect.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.
