We are dedicated to ensuring your order arrives promptly and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policies and delivery timelines below.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date of purchase. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the selected shipping method, the destination, and the total weight of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We often provide free standard shipping on orders over a specific amount, which will be advertised on our website.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

P.O. Box & APO/FPO Addresses
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using Standard Shipping only. Expedited and Express shipping methods are not available for these addresses.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local postal office. For any concerns regarding lost packages, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
